Job-Description and Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Consultant you are the key person to map customer and partner requirements to the most suitable way of implementation using our core technology. Within time you are deeply aware of our technology and capabilities. You can technically describe field demands for our R&D department. You early adopt the Pre-Sales phase to identify „hot spots“. Together with the Project Manager you are responsible for declaring implementation efforts and to support the proposal process. You act as a team leader during implementation phase and stay close to the customer.

You enable new partnerships by attending partner projects. Your approach is to be always better than the partner, so they will ask YOU for assistence and they will follow you.

Within DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) you are directly involved in ECM/BPM projects. Other countries are conquered by our partners but as mentioned, you love to help them.

• For this full-time position, the entry level salary which is based on the Austrian Social Collective Agreement, is € 2.637,00 Euro gross per month 14 times per year. Depending on the prospective employee's training and or work experience, there exists the possibility of a higher starting salary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science
• 3-5 years work experience in one of the fields software development or system integration
• Deep knowledge of Java technologies
• Experience in full project lifecycle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, German)
• Networker
