We are very proud to share the News, that CLAL Insurances Enterprises has won the 2011 Customer Services Award. Our Partner Software AG announced the winner during their customer Event Process World 2011 in Orlando, Florida. Congratulations to CLAL and also to all involved Braintribe Staff who made this Project a Success!!

This is the jurys comment on why CLAL was elected:
"The Customer Service Award Is presented to the organisation that has improved the most in customer service and customer retention by leveraging SAG technology and services.

This year, the winner is CLAL insurance enterprises holdings, working in conjunction with Software AG Partner Braintribe.

CLAL is Israels leading insurance pension and financial services group. They are active in Israel and abroad and have more than 3500 employees and work with 2000 insurance agents.

Braintribe IT Technologies is an incubator for innovative solutions to better connect people, processes and information. Together with SAG they have delivered webMethods Content Service Platform.

Before implementing a business Solution of Case Management for Claims based on webMethods, CLAL staff and their customers experienced slow and inefficient claims processing, because of limitations in their existing legacy system. There were many manual error prone steps that required interaction with claims documents as part of a complex and inflexible process.

Implementing their Case Management Solution with webMethods Content Services Platform, webMethods BPMS and WebMethods Business Activity Monitoring, CLAL can now couple unstructured information, claims documents with the optimized process and monitor this for continuous improvement. And this was all done as an extension of the current legacy system.

The result: Time intensive and error-prone steps are replaced with and agile, scalable claims process set for future growth and maximized customer satisfaction.
